Chick-fil-A in Dalton

This place is the safest to eat at with the whole pandemic going on. The service is like a well oiled machine. Thank you for the awesome service everytime.

Delicious, but as always, traffic was bumper to bumper.

Long wait in drive through to order then I got my food and it was cold and biscuits were hard it was horrible

We had a school order to pick up that someonhow didnt get registered in their system (honrstly prob our bad). The manager m a de sure it wasn't at a different location and then accomodated the order immediately and did so with a great attitude. Great job!

I mean it's CFA!!! Of course it's great!! This one holds a special place because of their annual Daddy Daughter Date Night!! They go above and beyond!! The one major downside and everyone would agree is it's location. It's a nightmare!! They have outgrown this spot many years ago,and yes they have done things of course to try and help. I personally think somewhere by the outlet mall where the old DQ was would have more than enough space to accommodate. Still 5 stars though!!

if you want to beat the crowd at the Chick-fil-A off Walnut I suggest the location inside Walnut square Mall. It opens before the rest of the mall, there are no crowds and as usual fast and friendly service. And on top of that fresh food cooked to order. There is even a menu for the health-conscious eaters.

Good food and great service as always. Don't let the congested drive-in line fool you, it moves quicker than any other fast food restaurant.

Thanks to Katelyn I got my snack on the way back home over 1 hour away. I left my wallet in my car while in Dalton for a after hours pickup for our local schools contractor. Chick-fila is awesome because of there great employees

Best ice cream cone since Brahms.George likes their chicken better than the other fast foods. Lots of employees, quick service. Bathroom could be cleaner, did mention that to manager. Plenty of help & not a busy time, so a staffer could do a quick check & clean before hectic lunch run.

I really love Chick-fil-A, especially this particular one, but ever since it has been under new management it has been terrible. The quality of food is par for the course as Chick-fil-A standards go, but they are constantly forgetting things out of my order. Over the several years that this store has been under new management, I have had something wrong almost every time. I do not post this lightly, but I am fed up with the way that this once great establishment is being run into the ground.

Have recieved horrible customer service! They repeatedly get my order wrong then have me pay for their mistakes! I have eaten at several locations and was very satisfied! This location needs some help and retraining!Update*** I received a call and they offered me a replacement meal for free! The lady was very kind and apologetic. I still think managers need some extra training to prevent further issues!

Love me some chick-fil-A, stop here about once a week. My only complaint is they never fill the waffle frys all the way. If we order a LARGE fry, don't give us a medium fry in a large box!

Chic fil A always provides exceptional services at exceptional speeds. Today there was 14 cars in line when I pulled into the drive thru and I waited less than 6 minutes in total. Order was perfect and they also gave me an iceed coffee another customer ordered by mistake. Always a good experience at Chic Fil A.

Bathrooms were trashed and the worse I have seen this company's bathrooms being. It did smell fresh though.The restaurant itself was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Even seen a young kid stocking and taking out the dinning area trash.Due to the bathroom mess, not a five star.

This morning I had a breakfast burrito. It was delicious, it had hashbrowns, chicken, and eggs. I loved it.

Chick fil a wins hands down with service alone. It's a bonus the food is good too!

Stopped in with a bus of 45 people during lunch rush, and they took care of us with no problems. Great service.

Just can't get enough of that spicy chicken meal! Best lemonade in town if I do say so.

It was a perfect visit at a fast food place. The orders were correct and served piping hot. Had the original chicken sandwich and fries with a Coke. Kiddos had nugget meals with fries and the wife had fries. Meal was very good. Service was outstanding.

Slowest chick fil a ive ever been too!

I tried the chicken noodle soup i must say its tbe best i ever tried besides mine lol they have great food love the fries 🍟 one of ny fave places.

In these unprecedented times Chick-fil-A continues to rise to the occasion. Even though our timing was during dinner rush time they were like a well oiled (and safe) machine. Our total time from entering the parking lot to leaving was 10 minutes. Awesome 👍 job guys and gals!!

Chick fil A should run our country! Even though the dining room is not open, you are still not in line as long as at other fast food restaurants! During busy times, an employee is directing traffic through the parking lot, and each employee are kind and courteous, always smiling, and make you feel like the.most important person!

Amazing drive thru service and staff!

While they were busy I still got my meal fast and with great service! I always have an amazing time! I love it here and will come here all the time! I love how they are closed on sundays! Great food with a great staff! Will come when I'm here!

Love Chic Fil A! This location has a cute rock garden out front. Service is always great and food is great.

Very quick, efficient, and yummy! There was about 20 cars in front of us we had our food less than 10 minutes after getting in the line. A+ I would leave 6 stars if I could!

They have the best milkshakes!! You just gotta have one every now and then. Protects you from the coronavirus. 😊

They were really prepared for the holiday traffic. Seemed to be over staffed for the amount of customers but it is just before rush hour and I'm sure they are just trying to be as ready as possible. They had people out in the drive through taking orders before you get to their sign and mic. Staff was very nice and friendly as I'd expect from any Chick-fil-A these days. They are still tops in customer service. I just wish they had larger parking lots that were laid out better.

Just being honest, chick fil a will always have my business. I’ve never once had bad service here or cold food. The people are always kind and the wait times are low. Even when I show up around lunch time and the line is wrapped around the building, I only ever wait maybe 5-7 minutes max. Now THATS customer service.

Drive thru was fast. Food was good. Fries were good. Friendly but cold people outside taking our orders to make sure it went quickly and smoothly. Great job guys!

Line was out the drive in the drive thru, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Super clean bathrooms too...always a bonus when you're traveling!

The location here seems to be almost always busy. Other locations are generally busy as well, but the traffic here is moreso than other stores I've visited. However, the amount of business is handled swiftly and nicely.The line move along very quickly and food was brought out shortly. Yet, in spite of this, I needed to return to the counter twice due to not receiving items.

I always love this chain no matter where I am! After having vehicle problems the first day of vacation coming here to eat was a welcome break! And they really do say "My pleasure" and "have a blessed day"!! Y'all I can't stress this enough the chicken sandwich must have been prayed over it tasted so good and they say "My pleasure" I thought only the one close to my hometown said that!

Have been eating at this Chick-fil-a for over ten years. This place never ceases to amaze me with the overall positive quality of the service and staff. Its my pleasure to eat there!

Not many bad one's around, a few, but not many.

Usually pretty good. Sometimes they forget to put sauces that are requested but overall pretty good.
